Installation

Brewing Process

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth
  2. Weekly: Clean drip tray and removable parts
  3. Monthly: Run water-only brew cycles to clean internal system
  4. As needed: Replace water filter every 2 months or 60 tank refills
  5. Descale: When indicator light appears or every 3-6 months

CAUTION! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Do not immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required every 3-6 months to remove mineral buildup.

  1. Empty water reservoir
  2. Mix Keurig descaling solution with full reservoir of water
  3. Place large mug (at least 16oz) on drip tray
  4. Enter descaling mode: Hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds
  5. Follow on-screen prompts to complete descaling cycle
  6. Rinse system with 2-3 reservoirs of clean water
  7. Reset descale indicator when complete
