Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective tape
  2. Wash water reservoir and drip tray with warm water
  3. Install water filter: Soak filter for 5 minutes, insert into reservoir
  4. Fill reservoir with fresh cold water and replace
  5. Plug into 120V AC outlet

First-Time Setup

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Press POWER button to turn on unit
  2. Set time using HOUR and MINUTE buttons
  3. Place large mug on drip tray
  4. Press BREW button without K-Cup to run water through system
  5. Repeat brewing cycle 2-3 times to prime system

Brewing Process

Simple single-serve brewing with K-Cup pods.

  1. Lift handle to open pod chamber
  2. Insert K-Cup pod (any brand)
  3. Close handle firmly until it clicks
  4. Place mug on drip tray (remove for travel mugs)
  5. Select desired cup size (4/6/8/10oz)
  6. Press BREW button to start cycle
  7. Brewing completes automatically in ~60 seconds
  8. For hot water only: Press HOT WATER button
  9. For stronger brew: Press STRONG BREW before brewing

Tip: Preheat mug with hot water for optimal temperature retention.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash drip tray and reservoir
  3. Monthly: Clean pod holder and exit needle
  4. Every 2 months: Replace water filter
  5. As needed: Descale when indicator light appears

CAUTION! Unplug unit before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.

  1. Mix descaling solution with 16oz water
  2. Pour into empty water reservoir
  3. Place large container on drip tray
  4. Press and hold 4oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds to enter descale mode
  5. Press BREW to start descaling cycle
  6. Repeat with fresh water 2-3 times to rinse
  7. Replace water filter after descaling
