Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers from brewer.
  2. Wash water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Fill reservoir with fresh cold water and place back on brewer.
  4. Plug power cord into grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Allow brewer to prime for initial setup.

WARNING! Do not use brewer without water in reservoir. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Press POWER button to turn brewer on.
  2. Wait for READY light to illuminate (approximately 3 minutes).
  3. Lift and close handle without inserting K-Cup pod.
  4. Place mug on drip tray and press BREW button.
  5. Allow full reservoir of water to run through system.
  6. Repeat process with fresh water if needed.

CAUTION! Brewer will be hot after use. Handle with care.

Brewing Process

  3. Lift handle and insert K-Cup pod into brewing chamber.
  4. Close handle firmly until it clicks into place.
  5. Place mug (6-10oz) on removable drip tray.
  6. Press BREW button to start brewing cycle.
  7. Brewing completes automatically in under 1 minute.
  8. Brewer turns off automatically 90 seconds after cycle ends.

Tip: Use fresh cold water for best tasting coffee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash drip tray and water reservoir.
  3. Monthly: Clean brewing needle with paper clip.
  4. As needed: Descale when DESCALE light illuminates.
  5. Empty and rinse water reservoir regularly.

WARNING! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.

  1. Mix descaling solution with full reservoir of water.
  2. Place large mug or container on drip tray.
  3. Press POWER and BREW buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  4. Press BREW button to start descaling cycle.
  5. Repeat brewing until reservoir is empty.
  6. Rinse reservoir and fill with fresh water.
  7. Run multiple cycles with fresh water to rinse system.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution or vinegar solution.

Care Instructions

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe exterior with soft, damp cloth only.
