Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Wash water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Place brewer on stable, level counter away from heat sources.
  4. Fill reservoir with fresh cold water and reinstall.
  5. Plug into 120V AC power outlet.

WARNING! Do not use without water in reservoir. Keep away from children.

First-Time Setup

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Power on brewer: Press POWER button.
  2. Prime system: Place mug on drip tray, lift and close handle without K-Cup pod.
  3. Select largest cup size and press BREW to run water through system.
  4. Repeat priming process 2-3 times with fresh water.
  5. Program preferences: Use PROGRAM button to set brew strength and temperature.

CAUTION! First few brews may have plastic taste - this is normal during initial use.

Control Panel: POWER, BREW, 6oz/8oz/10oz buttons, PROGRAM, ADD WATER indicator.

Programming: Hold PROGRAM button for 3 seconds to enter settings mode. Use brew size buttons to adjust temperature (low/medium/high) and brew strength (regular/strong).

Auto Off: Brewers turns off automatically after 90 seconds of inactivity. Add Water Light: Illuminates when reservoir is empty or needs refilling. Descaling Light: Flashes when descaling is required.

Brewing Process

Simple steps for perfect coffee every time.

  1. Ensure brewer is powered on and water reservoir is filled.
  2. Lift handle and insert K-Cup pod into holder.
  3. Close handle firmly until it clicks into place.
  4. Place mug on drip tray (minimum 5oz capacity).
  5. Select desired brew size (6oz, 8oz, or 10oz).
  6. Press BREW button - brewing begins immediately.
  7. Brewing completes automatically.
  8. Lift handle to remove used K-Cup pod.

Tip: For hotter coffee, run a water-only brew cycle to preheat the system.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash drip tray and K-Cup holder.
  3. Monthly: Clean water reservoir and run vinegar solution through brewing system.
  4. As needed: Descale when indicator light appears.

WARNING! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.

  1. Mix descaling solution: 16oz white vinegar or commercial descaling solution with 16oz water.
  2. Pour into empty water reservoir.
  3. Place large container on drip tray (at least 48oz capacity).
  4. Press and hold 10oz and POWER buttons for 3 seconds to enter descale mode.
  5. Press BREW to start descaling cycle.
  6. Repeat brew cycles until reservoir is empty.
  7. Rinse reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water.
  8. Run 2-3 water-only brew cycles to rinse system.

Care Instructions

Unplug before any maintenance. Use only damp cloth for exterior cleaning.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners. Never immerse brewer in water. Use only Keurig descaling solution or white vinegar for descaling.
