Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from brewer and components.
  2. Place brewer on stable, level countertop away from heat sources.
  3. Remove water reservoir and fill with fresh cold water.
  4. Plug into standard 120V AC power outlet.
  5. Prime the brewing system before first use.

WARNING! Do not use without water in reservoir. Keep away from children.

First-Time Setup

Power on brewer; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Prime the system: Fill reservoir, place mug, run brew cycle without K-Cup pod.
  2. Select cup size: Use cup size button to choose preferred brew size (6oz, 8oz, 10oz).
  3. Insert water filter: If using Keurig water filter, install according to instructions.
  4. Brew first cup: Insert K-Cup pod, place mug, press brew button.

CAUTION! Brewer will be hot during and after brewing. Do not touch hot surfaces.

Brewing Coffee

Brews single cups using K-Cup pods.

  1. Lift handle: Open K-Cup pod holder.
  2. Insert pod: Place K-Cup in pod holder.
  3. Close handle: Firmly close until it clicks.
  4. Place mug: Put mug on drip tray.
  5. Select size: Choose 6oz, 8oz, or 10oz brew size.
  6. Press brew: Brewing begins immediately.
  7. Wait: Cycle completes in under 1 minute.
  8. Remove mug: Carefully remove hot beverage.

WARNING! Hot liquid and steam can cause burns. Keep hands clear during brewing.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Clean drip tray and K-Cup holder.
  3. Monthly: Descale if indicator light appears.
  4. Quarterly: Replace water filter if installed.
  5. As needed: Clean water reservoir and exterior surfaces.

Descaling Process

Required every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.

  1. Prepare solution: Mix Keurig descaling solution with water or use white vinegar.
  2. Enter descale mode: Hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds until descale light flashes.
  3. Add solution: Pour into empty water reservoir.
  4. Start cycle: Press brew button without K-Cup pod.
  5. Repeat: Continue until reservoir is empty.
  6. Rinse: Fill reservoir with fresh water and run multiple brew cycles to rinse.
  7. Exit mode: Descale light turns off when process complete.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution or white vinegar. Do not use other chemicals.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Use mild soap and water for exterior surfaces only.

CAUTION! Do not immerse brewer in water. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Wipe spills immediately.
