Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, stable surface.

  3. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water.
  4. Plug into standard 120V AC outlet.
  5. Prime the brewing system by running water through without pod.

WARNING! Keep away from water sources. Do not immerse in water. Ensure proper ventilation around brewer.

First-Time Setup

Power on brewer; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Prime the system: Press power button, place mug, press brew button without pod.
  2. Set clock: Use programmable settings to set current time.
  3. Adjust temperature: Set preferred brew temperature in settings.
  4. Program auto on/off: Set automatic start/stop times if desired.

Brewing Process

Simple steps for perfect coffee every time.

  1. Lift handle to open K-Cup chamber.
  2. Insert K-Cup pod and close handle firmly.
  3. Place mug on drip tray (minimum 5oz capacity).
  4. Select desired brew size (6oz, 8oz, 10oz).
  5. Press brew button; brewing begins automatically.
  6. Remove mug when brewing completes.
  7. Discard used pod after each brew.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use STRENGTH button or smaller cup size.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Clean water reservoir and drip tray.
  3. Monthly: Run vinegar solution through brewing system.
  4. As needed: Descale when indicator light appears.

WARNING! Unplug before cleaning. Never use abrasive cleaners.

Descaling Procedure

Remove mineral buildup for optimal performance.

  1. Mix descaling solution or white vinegar with water.
  2. Pour into empty water reservoir.
  3. Place large mug or container on drip tray.
  4. Press and hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds to enter descale mode.
  5. Press brew button to start descaling cycle.
  6. Repeat until reservoir is empty.
  7. Rinse reservoir and run 2-3 cycles with clean water.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution or white vinegar. Follow instructions carefully.

Care & Storage

Unplug and empty water reservoir before storage. Store in dry location.

CAUTION! Do not store with water in reservoir. Protect from freezing temperatures.
