Installation and Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, level surface.

  2. Wash water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly
  3. Fill reservoir with fresh cold water and insert into brewer
  4. Plug power cord into grounded electrical outlet

WARNING! Do not use without water in reservoir. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Use

Power on brewer; follow initial setup procedure.

  4. As needed: Clean needle that pierces K-Cup pods
  5. Regularly: Empty and clean drip tray

WARNING! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Descale every 3-6 months or when descale indicator lights.

  1. Fill reservoir with 16oz white vinegar and 16oz water
  2. Place large mug on drip tray
  3. Press and hold 8oz and 10oz brew buttons for 3 seconds
  4. Press BREW button to start descaling cycle
  5. Repeat until ADD WATER light appears
  6. Rinse reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water
  7. Brew and discard 6-8 reservoirs of clean water

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution or white vinegar. Rinse thoroughly.

Care Instructions

Unplug before cleaning. Use mild detergent and soft cloth only.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners. Avoid getting water in electrical components. Store in dry location when not in use.
