Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and tape from brewer.
  2. Wash removable water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Install water filter (optional): Soak filter 5 minutes, insert into reservoir.
  4. Fill reservoir with fresh cold water and place on brewer.

First-Time Setup

Power on brewer; follow priming procedure.

  1. Prime the system: Power on, place mug, run water-only brew cycles until reservoir is empty.

  4. Set brew size: Choose default 6oz, 8oz, or 10oz brew size.

Brewing Process

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe exterior with damp cloth; clean reservoir regularly.

  1. Daily: Empty drip tray and wash with warm, soapy water.
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash water reservoir.
  3. Monthly: Clean exit needle with paper clip to prevent clogs.
  4. Quarterly: Descale when indicator light appears.

CAUTION! Do not immerse brewer in water. Use only Keurig descaling solution.

Descaling Procedure

Required when descale indicator appears (approximately every 3-6 months).

  1. Empty water reservoir and fill with Keurig descaling solution.
  2. Place large mug (at least 10oz) on drip tray.
  3. Enter descale mode: Hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds.
  4. Press BREW button to start descaling cycle.
  5. Repeat brew cycles until ADD WATER appears.
  6. Rinse reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water.
  7. Run multiple water-only brew cycles to rinse system.

WARNING! Use only Keurig descaling solution; vinegar may damage internal components.
