Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials from water reservoir and interior.
  2. Wash water reservoir with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly.
  3. Fill reservoir with fresh cold water and place on brewer.
  4. Plug into 120V AC outlet.
  5. Prime the system by running water through without a K-Cup pod.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Use

Power on brewer; follow initial setup prompts.

  1. Set time: Press MENU, use arrows to set hour and minutes.
  2. Set auto on/off: Program desired on/off times for energy saving.
  3. Prime system: Brew 2-3 cups of water without K-Cup pod.
  4. Insert K-Cup: Lift handle, place pod in holder, close firmly.
  5. Select cup size: Choose from 6oz, 8oz, or 10oz brew sizes.
  6. Press brew button to start brewing cycle.

CAUTION! First brews may contain manufacturing residues; discard first few cups.

Brewing Process

Brews coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and other hot beverages.

  1. Ensure water reservoir is filled and properly seated.
  2. Lift brew handle and insert K-Cup pod.
  3. Close handle firmly until it clicks.
  4. Place mug on drip tray (remove for travel mugs).
  5. Select desired cup size (6oz, 8oz, 10oz).
  6. Press BREW button to start cycle.
  7. Brewing completes automatically; remove mug.
  8. Eject used pod by lifting handle.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use STRENGTH button or smaller cup size.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth; empty drip tray.
  2. Weekly: Clean water reservoir and K-Cup holder.
  3. Monthly: Run vinegar solution through brewing system.
  4. As needed: Descale when indicator light appears.
  5. Needle cleaning: Use paper clip to clear entry and exit needles.

WARNING! Unplug before cleaning. Never immerse brewer in water.

Programming Features

Customize brewer settings for personal preferences.

Auto On/Off: Set specific times for automatic power on/off. Temperature Control: Adjust from 187°F to 192°F in 1° increments. Strength Control: Increases brew time for stronger coffee. Energy Saving: Reduces power consumption during idle periods. Clock Settings: 12 or 24 hour format.

Care & Storage

Unplug and empty water reservoir before storage. Store in dry location.

CAUTION! Do not store with water in reservoir. Protect from freezing temperatures.
