Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove water reservoir: Lift straight up to remove from brewer base.
  2. Fill reservoir: Add fresh cold water, replace on brewer.
  3. Plug into outlet: Use 120V AC grounded outlet.
  4. Prime brewer: Follow first-time setup procedure.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Use

Power on brewer; follow priming procedure.

  1. Prime the system: Press power button, wait for READY light.
  2. Run water through: Place mug, press brew button without K-Cup.
  3. Program brew sizes: Hold brew button for 3 seconds until light flashes.
  4. Set clock: Use MENU button to set time and auto on/off.
  5. Brew first cup: Insert K-Cup, select brew size.

CAUTION! First few brews may contain manufacturing residues.

Brewing Process

Brew single cups using K-Cup pods.

  1. Lift handle: Open K-Cup holder.
  2. Insert pod: Place K-Cup in holder.
  3. Close handle: Firmly press down until click.
  4. Place mug: On drip tray under spout.
  5. Select size: Press desired brew button.
  6. Brewing: Process completes automatically.
  7. Remove pod: Lift handle, discard used K-Cup.

Tip: Preheat mug with hot water for optimal temperature.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Exterior: Wipe with damp cloth; no harsh chemicals.
  2. Water reservoir: Remove and wash with mild detergent.
  3. Drip tray: Remove and clean regularly.
  4. K-Cup holder: Remove and rinse under water.
  5. Needle: Use paper clip to clear any clogs.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning. Do not immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Descale every 3-6 months or when indicator lights.

  1. Prepare solution: Use Keurig descaling solution or vinegar/water.
  2. Fill reservoir: With descaling solution.
  3. Start descale: Press MENU and 10oz button simultaneously.
  4. Brew cycles: Run multiple brew cycles without K-Cup.
  5. Rinse: Fill with fresh water, run several cycles.
  6. Reset: Press MENU to exit descale mode.
