Frothing Techniques

Optimal results depend on milk type and temperature.

  1. Cold Froth: Use cold milk directly from refrigerator.
  2. Hot Froth: Milk will be heated to 150°F automatically.
  3. Latte Setting: Creates microfoam for latte art.
  4. Cappuccino Setting: Produces stiff, dry foam.
  5. Milk Alternatives: Almond, soy, and oat milk work well.
  6. Pre-warming: Not necessary - unit heats milk automatically.
  7. Timing: Complete cycles take 1-3 minutes depending on setting.
  8. Consistency: For thicker foam, use less milk; for thinner, use more.

WARNING! Do not overfill beyond maximum line. Do not operate without milk in pitcher.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean after each use to prevent milk residue buildup.

  1. Unplug unit and allow to cool completely.
  2. Remove whisk by twisting counterclockwise.
  3. Wash pitcher, lid, and whisk in warm, soapy water.

  5. Wipe base with damp cloth (never immerse in water).
  6. Monthly deep cleaning: Use vinegar solution to remove mineral deposits.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never put base in dishwasher.
