Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials: Remove all tape and protective covers.
  2. Wash water reservoir: Remove reservoir and wash with warm soapy water.
  3. Prime brewing system: Fill reservoir and run water through without pod.
  4. Plug into AC power: Use 120V outlet only.

WARNING! Do not use abrasive cleaners. Keep away from heat sources.

First-Time Setup

Power on brewer; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Fill water reservoir: Remove and fill with fresh cold water.
  2. Prime system: Place mug on drip tray, press brew button without pod.
  3. Program brew sizes: Press and hold brew size button to set volume.
  4. Set auto-off: Default 90 seconds; can be disabled in settings.

CAUTION! Use only K-Cup pods. Do not use ground coffee without filter.

Brewing Process

Simple one-touch brewing with K-Cup pods.

  1. Lift handle: Open brew chamber by lifting handle.
  2. Insert pod: Place K-Cup pod in chamber.
  3. Close handle: Firmly close brew chamber.
  4. Place mug: Put mug on drip tray.
  5. Select size: Press desired brew size button.
  6. Brew: Press brew button to start cycle.
  7. Remove pod: Lift handle after brewing to eject pod.

Tip: Preheat mug with hot water for better temperature retention.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Clean water reservoir and drip tray.
  3. Monthly: Descale with Keurig descaling solution.
  4. As needed: Clean needle with paper clip.

WARNING! Unplug before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required when descale indicator lights (approximately every 3-6 months).

  1. Prepare solution: Mix Keurig descaling solution with water.
  2. Fill reservoir: Pour solution into water reservoir.
  3. Start descale: Press and hold 8oz + 10oz buttons for 3 seconds.
  4. Brew cycles: Run multiple brew cycles without pod.
  5. Rinse: Fill with fresh water and run 12 brew cycles.
  6. Reset: Descaling complete when indicator turns off.
