Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective tape.
  2. Wash removable water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Place drip tray in position and ensure it's properly seated.
  4. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water and reinstall.
  5. Plug power cord into grounded electrical outlet.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Ensure unit is on stable surface away from edges.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Press POWER button to turn unit on - green light will illuminate.
  2. Wait for READY light to turn on (approximately 3 minutes).
  3. Lift and close brew handle without inserting K-Cup pod.
  4. Place mug on drip tray (minimum 10oz capacity).
  5. Press 10oz brew button to run water through system.
  6. Repeat brewing cycle 2-3 times without K-Cup pod.
  7. System is now ready for normal use.

CAUTION! First few brews may contain manufacturing residues - discard these initial brews.

Brewing Process

Standard brewing procedure for optimal results.

  1. Ensure READY light is illuminated (green).
  2. Lift brew handle and insert K-Cup pod.
  3. Close brew handle firmly until it clicks.
  4. Place mug on drip tray (minimum 10oz capacity).
  5. Select desired brew size (6oz, 8oz, or 10oz).
  6. Brewing begins automatically - cycle completes in approximately 1 minute.
  7. Lift brew handle to eject used K-Cup pod.
  8. Brew handle must be closed before next brew cycle.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use 6oz setting with dark roast K-Cup pod.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth, empty drip tray
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash water reservoir, clean drip tray
  3. Monthly: Clean brew chamber with paper clip, run vinegar solution
  4. As Needed: Replace water filter every 2 months
  5. Descaling: When DESCALING light illuminates

WARNING! Unplug unit before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required when DESCALING indicator light turns on.

  1. Prepare descaling solution (Keurig descaling solution or white vinegar).
  2. Ensure water reservoir is empty and unit is powered on.
  3. Pour descaling solution into empty water reservoir.
  4. Add water to fill line and replace reservoir.
  5. Place large mug or container on drip tray (at least 20oz capacity).
  6. Press and hold 8oz and 10oz buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  7. Press 10oz brew button to begin descaling cycle.
  8. Repeat brewing until ADD WATER light illuminates.
  9. Rinse reservoir thoroughly and refill with fresh water.
  10. Run multiple brew cycles with fresh water to rinse system.

Care Instructions

Unplug before cleaning. Use only mild detergent and soft cloth.

DO: Clean exterior with damp cloth, use Keurig-approved cleaners, empty drip tray regularly. DON'T: Immerse in water, use abrasive cleaners, operate without water, use damaged K-Cup pods.

CAUTION! Hot surfaces - allow to cool before cleaning. Keep away from children.
