Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers from brewer.
  2. Wash water reservoir with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly.
  3. Fill reservoir with fresh cold water and place on brewer.
  4. Plug into 120V AC outlet.
  5. Prime brewing system by running water through without K-Cup pod.

WARNING! Place away from edges and ensure stable surface. Keep away from water sources.

First-Time Use

Power on brewer; follow initial setup prompts.

  1. Press POWER button; display will illuminate.
  2. Select language: Use arrow buttons to choose ENGLISH.
  3. Set clock: Follow on-screen instructions to set current time.
  4. Prime system: Brew 3-4 cups of water without K-Cup pod.
  5. Program auto on/off: Set preferred power on/off times.
  6. Set default brew size: Choose preferred cup size (6oz recommended).

CAUTION! First few brews may contain manufacturing residues. Discard initial brews.

Controls and Settings

Access settings via MENU button on control panel.

Control Panel: POWER, MENU, STRENGTH, BREW, 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz buttons, arrow keys.

Settings Menu: Clock set, Auto On/Off programming, Language selection, Factory reset, Descaling mode. Strength Control: Regular (default) or Strong brew setting. Brew Size Programming: Customize each size button to preferred volume.

Brewing Coffee

Brew single servings using K-Cup pods.

  1. Lift handle and insert K-Cup pod.
  2. Close handle firmly until it locks.
  3. Place mug on drip tray.
  4. Select brew size (4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz).
  5. Press STRENGTH button for regular or strong brew.
  6. Press BREW button to start brewing.
  7. Brewing completes automatically.
  8. Lift handle to eject used pod.

Tip: For best results, use filtered water and fresh K-Cup pods.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Clean water reservoir and drip tray.
  3. Monthly: Run vinegar solution through brewing system.
  4. As needed: Descale when indicator light appears.
  5. Replace water filter every 2 months or 60 tank refills.

WARNING! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Process

Descale when DESCALE light illuminates or every 3-6 months.

  1. Prepare descaling solution or white vinegar mixture.
  2. Fill empty water reservoir with descaling solution.
  3. Place large container on drip tray (at least 16oz).
  4. Enter descale mode: Hold 4oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds.
  5. Press BREW button to start descaling cycle.
  6. Repeat brewing until reservoir is empty.
  7. Rinse reservoir and fill with fresh water.
  8. Brew several cycles with fresh water to rinse system.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution or approved alternatives.

Care Instructions

Unplug before any maintenance. Use only damp cloth for exterior cleaning.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners. Avoid getting water in electrical components. Store in dry location.
