Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, stable surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective tape from all components.
  2. Wash removable parts: Clean water reservoir and drip tray with warm water.
  3. Position machine: Place on level surface away from edges.
  4. Fill water reservoir: Add fresh cold water to maximum fill line.

First-Time Setup

Brewing Coffee

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth; empty drip tray.
  2. Weekly: Wash removable parts (reservoir, drip tray) with warm soapy water.
  3. Monthly: Clean brew chamber with damp cloth; run vinegar solution through system.
  4. As needed: Replace water filter every 2 months or 60 tank refills.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning. Never immerse main unit in water.

Descaling Process

Descale when DESCALE light illuminates (approximately every 3-6 months).

  1. Prepare solution: Mix Keurig descaling solution with water or use white vinegar.
  2. Fill reservoir: Pour descaling solution into water tank.
  3. Start descale: Press and hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds.
  4. Brew cycles: Run multiple brew cycles without pod until reservoir is empty.
  5. Rinse: Fill with fresh water and run several cycles to flush system.
  6. Reset: DESCALE light will turn off when process is complete.
