Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from brewer and components.
  2. Wash water reservoir with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly.
  3. Place brewer on stable, level counter away from heat sources.
  4. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water and replace on brewer.
  5. Plug into standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not use without water in reservoir. Keep away from children.

First-Time Setup

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Press POWER button to turn on brewer.
  2. Lift and close brew handle without K-Cup pod.
  3. Place mug on drip tray.
  4. Press 8oz brew button to run water through system.
  5. Repeat process 2-3 times to prime system completely.
  6. Brewer is now ready for first K-Cup pod.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig-approved K-Cup pods. Do not use ground coffee.

Controls and Settings

Access settings via control panel buttons and display.

Control Panel: POWER, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz brew buttons, ADD WATER indicator, DESCALING indicator.

Programming: Hold brew button for 3 seconds to program cup size. Auto Off: Press and hold POWER for 3 seconds to cycle through auto-off options (2hr, 90min, 60min, 30min, Off). Display: Shows ready status, programming mode, add water alert, descaling reminder.

Using the Brewer

Brewing with K-Cup pods.

  1. Press POWER button - brewer will heat (about 3 minutes).
  2. Lift brew handle and insert K-Cup pod.
  3. Close brew handle firmly.
  4. Place mug on drip tray.
  5. Press desired brew size button (6oz, 8oz, 10oz).
  6. Brewing completes automatically.
  7. Lift handle to eject used pod into storage compartment.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use smaller brew size with same pod.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Remove and clean drip tray and reservoir.
  3. Monthly: Clean brew chamber with paper clip if needed.
  4. Descale: When indicator light appears (every 3-6 months).
  5. Water Filter: Replace every 2 months or 60 tank refills.

WARNING! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required when descale indicator illuminates.

  1. Empty water reservoir and fill with descaling solution.
  2. Place large mug (at least 16oz) on drip tray.
  3. Press and hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds.
  4. Press 10oz button to start descaling cycle.
  5. Repeat until ADD WATER light appears.
  6. Rinse reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water.
  7. Run multiple brew cycles with fresh water to rinse system.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution. Follow instructions carefully.

Care Instructions

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe with damp cloth only; no abrasive cleaners.
