Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from brewer and accessories.
  2. Wash water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Place brewer on stable, level countertop near electrical outlet.
  4. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water and replace on brewer.

WARNING! Do not use brewer without water in reservoir. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Setup

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Plug brewer into 120V electrical outlet.
  2. Press POWER button - brewer will begin heating.
  3. When READY light illuminates, lift and close handle without K-Cup pod.
  4. Place mug on drip tray and press BREW button - water will flow through system.
  5. Repeat priming process 2-3 times to clear manufacturing residues.

CAUTION! First few brews may have unusual taste - this is normal during initial setup.

Brewing Process

Simple steps for perfect single-serve brewing.

  1. Press POWER button - HEATING light will illuminate.
  2. Wait for READY light to turn solid green.
  3. Lift handle and insert K-Cup pod into brew chamber.
  4. Close handle firmly until it clicks into place.
  5. Place mug on drip tray (remove tray for travel mugs).
  6. Select brew size (6oz, 8oz, or 10oz).
  7. Press BREW button - brewing begins immediately.
  8. Brewing completes automatically - remove mug.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use SMALL cup setting or brew two pods.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash drip tray and water reservoir.
  3. Monthly: Clean brew chamber with damp cloth.
  4. Descale: When DESCALE light illuminates (every 3-6 months).

WARNING! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Essential maintenance for mineral buildup removal.

  1. Empty water reservoir and fill with descaling solution or white vinegar.
  2. Place large mug or container on drip tray.
  3. Press and hold 8oz and 10oz buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  4. Press BREW button - solution will flow through system.
  5. Repeat until ADD WATER light illuminates.
  6. Rinse reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water.
  7. Repeat brewing process with clean water 4-5 times to rinse.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution or white vinegar. Rinse thoroughly.

Care Instructions

Unplug before cleaning. Use mild detergent and damp cloth only.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners. Keep electrical components dry. Store in cool, dry place.
