Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials: Remove all tape and protective covers.
  2. Fill water reservoir: Lift reservoir, fill with fresh cold water, replace securely.
  3. Prime the system: Place large mug, power on, run water through without pod.
  4. Plug into AC power: Use grounded 120V outlet.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Ensure brewer is on level surface to prevent spills.

First-Time Use

Power on brewer; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Prime brewing system: Run several cups of water through without pod.
  2. Set clock: Use LCD display to set current time.
  3. Program auto on/off: Set preferred auto on and off times.
  4. Select default settings: Choose preferred brew size and temperature.
  5. Brew first cup: Insert K-Cup pod and brew according to instructions.

Brewing Process

Simple steps for perfect brewing every time.

  1. Lift handle: Open K-Cup pod holder.
  2. Insert pod: Place K-Cup pod in holder.
  3. Close handle: Firmly close until it clicks.
  4. Place mug: Ensure mug is on drip tray.
  5. Select brew size: Press desired brew size button.
  6. Press BREW: Brewer will begin brewing cycle.
  7. Remove pod: After brewing, lift handle to eject used pod.

Tip: For best results, use filtered water and store pods in cool, dry place.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Clean water reservoir and removable parts.
  3. Monthly: Descale if indicator light appears.
  4. As needed: Clean needle and K-Cup holder area.

WARNING! Always unplug before cleaning. Never immerse brewer in water.

Descaling Procedure

Descale when indicator light appears or every 3-6 months.

  1. Prepare solution: Mix Keurig descaling solution with water.
  2. Enter descale mode: Hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds.
  3. Add solution: Pour into empty reservoir.
  4. Start cycle: Press BREW button without pod.
  5. Rinse: Repeat with fresh water 12 times.
  6. Reset: Exit descale mode when complete.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution. Do not use vinegar.

Care Instructions

Unplug before cleaning. Use mild detergent and soft cloth only.
