Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective tapes.
  2. Wash water reservoir and drip tray with warm, soapy water.
  3. Position machine with at least 4 inches clearance on all sides.
  4. Fill water reservoir and insert into machine.
  5. Plug into 120V AC power outlet.

WARNING! Do not operate without water. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Setup

Power on machine; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Prime the system: Run water through without pod to clear air from lines.
  2. Set language: Use control panel to select preferred language.
  3. Program cup sizes: Set preferred volumes for espresso and coffee.
  4. Calibrate frother: Follow on-screen instructions for milk frother setup.
  5. Set auto-off timer: Choose energy saving auto-off duration.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig Rivo pods. Third-party pods may damage machine.

Controls and Settings

Access settings via control panel LCD display. Main Controls: POWER, BREW, STRENGTH, CUP SIZE, MILK FROTH.

Brewing Coffee & Espresso

Supports Rivo coffee and espresso pods.

  1. Lift handle and insert Rivo pod into pod holder.
  2. Close handle firmly until it locks.
  3. Place cup on drip tray.
  4. Select beverage type (coffee or espresso).
  5. Choose strength setting if desired.
  6. Press BREW button to start brewing.
  7. Brewing completes automatically.
  8. Lift handle to eject used pod.

Tip: Preheat cup with hot water for better temperature retention.

Milk Frothing

Integrated frother for milk-based beverages.

  1. Fill frothing pitcher with cold milk (do not exceed MAX line).
  2. Attach frother to machine and secure properly.
  3. Select froth setting (latte or cappuccino).
  4. Choose temperature preference.
  5. Press MILK FROTH button to begin frothing.
  6. Frothing completes automatically with audible signal.
  7. Pour frothed milk over brewed espresso.
  8. Clean frother immediately after use.

WARNING! Use only cold milk. Never run frother without milk.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and beverage quality.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth; empty drip tray and used pod container.
  2. Weekly: Clean water reservoir and run cleaning cycle.
  3. Monthly: Descale system using Keurig descaling solution.
  4. As needed: Clean milk frother components thoroughly.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning. Never immerse machine in water.
