Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, stable surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers from brewer.
  2. Wash removable water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Place brewer on counter away from heat sources and moisture.
  4. Fill water reservoir and place back into brewer.
  5. Plug into grounded electrical outlet.

WARNING! Do not operate without water in reservoir. Keep away from children.

First-Time Setup

Power on brewer; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Prime the brewing system: Run water through without K-Cup pod.
  2. Set clock: Use control buttons to set current time.
  3. Program auto-off: Set desired auto-off time (2 hours default).
  4. Set brew temperature: Choose preferred temperature setting.
  5. Program brew sizes: Set default cup sizes for each button.

CAUTION! First few brews may contain manufacturing residue - discard.

Brewing Process

Simple steps for perfect coffee every time.

  1. Lift handle and insert K-Cup pod into brewing chamber.
  2. Close handle firmly until it clicks into place.
  3. Place mug on drip tray.
  4. Select desired cup size (6 oz, 8 oz, or 10 oz).
  5. Press BREW button to start brewing cycle.
  6. Brewing completes automatically.
  7. Lift handle to eject used pod.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use STRENGTH button or smaller cup size.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Clean water reservoir and drip tray.
  3. Monthly: Clean brewing chamber and needle.
  4. As needed: Descale when indicator light appears.

CAUTION! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.

  1. Prepare descaling solution or white vinegar mixture.
  2. Fill water reservoir with descaling solution.
  3. Enter descaling mode through settings menu.
  4. Run brew cycles without K-Cup until reservoir is empty.
  5. Rinse reservoir and run 2-3 cycles with clean water.
  6. Exit descaling mode.
