Unpacking and Setup

Remove all packaging materials and inspect contents for damage.

  1. Remove packaging: Take brewer and all components out of box.
  2. Wash components: Clean water reservoir and drip tray with warm water.
  3. Place brewer: Position on stable, level surface away from edges.
  4. Fill reservoir: Remove water reservoir and fill with fresh cold water.
  5. Plug in: Connect power cord to outlet.

WARNING! Do not use hot water in reservoir. Ensure brewer is on stable surface to prevent tipping.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Power on: Press power button; wait for ready light.
  2. Prime system: Brew 3-4 cups of water without K-Cup pod.
  3. Insert K-Cup: Lift handle, place K-Cup pod in holder, close handle.
  4. Select cup size: Choose 6, 8, or 10 oz setting.
  5. Start brewing: Place mug on drip tray and press brew button.

CAUTION! Water and brewed beverage will be hot. Keep hands clear during brewing process.

Brewing Process

  2. Lift handle to open K-Cup holder.
  3. Place K-Cup pod in holder (any orientation).
  4. Close handle firmly until it clicks.
  5. Place mug or cup on drip tray (remove drip tray for travel mugs).
  6. Select desired cup size (6, 8, or 10 oz).
  7. Press brew button to start brewing cycle.
  8. Wait for brewing to complete (approximately 1 minute).
  9. Remove mug and enjoy.

Tip: For best flavor, use fresh cold water and brew immediately after inserting K-Cup.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash drip tray and water reservoir.
  3. Monthly: Descale with Keurig descaling solution.
  4. As needed: Clean needle with paper clip if clogged.
  5. K-Cup holder: Remove and rinse periodically.

WARNING! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse brewer in water.

Water Filtration

Optional Keurig Water Filter Kit available for improved water quality.

Installation: Insert filter into water reservoir, soak for 5 minutes, rinse, and place in brewer. Replace filter every 2 months or 60 tank refills.

Care & Storage

Unplug and empty water reservoir before storage. Store in cool, dry place.
