Installation and Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers from brewer
  2. Wash removable water reservoir with warm soapy water
  3. Fill reservoir with fresh water and insert into brewer
  4. Plug into grounded 120V AC outlet
  5. Prime the system by running water through without K-Cup

WARNING! Do not use without water. Ensure brewer is on stable surface away from edges.

First-Time Use

Power on brewer; allow to initialize.

  1. Press power button - brewer will heat up (approx 3 minutes)
  2. Select desired brew size using control panel buttons
  3. Lift handle and insert K-Cup pod into holder
  4. Close handle firmly and place mug on drip tray
  5. Press brew button to start brewing cycle

CAUTION! Hot surfaces - use caution when handling brewer during operation.

Programming: Auto-off can be set to 2 hours or disabled. Brew size memory retains last selection.

Indicator Lights: Green - ready to brew; Orange - heating; Red - add water; Flashing red - descaling required.

Brewing Process

Step-by-step brewing instructions:

  1. Ensure brewer is powered on and ready (green light)
  2. Lift handle to open brew chamber
  3. Insert K-Cup pod - no need to peel lid
  4. Close handle firmly until it clicks
  5. Place mug on drip tray (minimum 5oz capacity)
  6. Select desired brew size (6oz, 8oz, 10oz)
  7. Press brew button - brewing begins immediately
  8. Wait for cycle to complete (approx 45-60 seconds)
  9. Remove mug and enjoy

Tip: For stronger coffee, use smaller brew size with same K-Cup.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth
  2. Weekly: Clean drip tray and removable parts
  3. Monthly: Run vinegar solution through brewing system
  4. As needed: Replace water filter every 2 months
  5. Descale when indicator light activates

WARNING! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required when descale indicator light activates.

  1. Prepare descaling solution or white vinegar mixture
  2. Ensure brewer is off and cool
  3. Fill reservoir with descaling solution
  4. Place large mug on drip tray
  5. Press and hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds
  6. Press brew button to start descaling cycle
  7. Repeat with fresh water to rinse system
  8. Reset descale indicator when complete

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution or approved alternatives.

Care Instructions

Unplug before cleaning. Use mild detergent and damp cloth only.

DO NOT: Use abrasive cleaners, immerse in water, use harsh chemicals, or operate without water.

Storage: Empty water reservoir and allow to dry completely before extended storage.
