Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Wash water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Place coffee maker on stable, level countertop near power outlet.
  4. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water and reinstall.
  5. Plug into AC power outlet.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Ensure coffee maker is on stable surface to prevent tipping.

First-Time Setup

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Plug in coffee maker and press power button.
  2. Lift and close brew handle without inserting K-Cup pod.
  3. Place mug on drip tray.
  4. Select largest cup size and press brew button.
  5. Repeat process 2-3 times with fresh water to clean system.

Brewing Process

Simple 3-step brewing process.

  1. Lift brew handle and insert K-Cup pod.

  4. Select desired brew size (6oz, 8oz, or 10oz).
  5. Press brew button - brewing begins immediately.
  6. When brewing completes, lift handle to eject used pod.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use smaller brew size with same K-Cup pod.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Unplug coffee maker before cleaning.
  2. Wipe exterior with damp cloth - no harsh chemicals.
  3. Remove and wash drip tray and water reservoir weekly.
  4. Clean brew needle monthly with paper clip to remove coffee grounds.
  5. Descale every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.

CAUTION! Never immerse coffee maker in water or other liquids.

Descaling Procedure

Required when descaling indicator flashes.

  1. Empty water reservoir and fill with descaling solution or white vinegar.
  2. Place large mug on drip tray.
  3. Press and hold 8oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds to enter descale mode.
  4. Press brew button to start descaling cycle.
  5. Repeat brewing until reservoir is empty.
  6. Rinse reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water.
  7. Brew several cycles with fresh water to rinse system.
