Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, dry, stable surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and tape from all parts.
  2. Wash removable water reservoir with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Place drip tray in position and insert removable drip tray cover.
  4. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water and reinstall on brewer.
  5. Plug power cord into grounded electrical outlet.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Keep away from heat sources and water.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Press POWER button to turn on brewer - power light will illuminate.
  2. Lift and close brewer handle without K-Cup pod to prime system.
  3. Place mug on drip tray (minimum 10oz capacity recommended).
  4. Select largest cup size and press BREW button to run water through system.
  5. Repeat brewing cycle 2-3 times with fresh water to clear any manufacturing residues.
  6. Your brewer is now ready for regular use.

CAUTION! Water will be hot. Use caution when handling.

Brewing Process

Simple steps for perfect coffee every time.

  1. Ensure brewer is powered on and water reservoir is filled.
  2. Lift brewer handle and insert K-Cup pod into pod holder.
  3. Close handle firmly until it clicks into place.
  4. Place mug on drip tray (remove travel mug lid if using).
  5. Select desired cup size using CUP SIZE button.
  6. Press BREW button - brewing begins immediately.
  7. When brewing completes, lift handle to eject used pod.
  8. Discard used K-Cup pod and close handle.

Tip: For hotter coffee, run a water-only cycle first to preheat system.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and coffee quality.

  1. Unplug brewer and allow to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Remove and wash water reservoir, lid, and drip tray weekly with warm, soapy water.
  3. Wipe exterior with soft, damp cloth - never immerse in water.
  4. Clean needle monthly: Unplug, lift handle, use paper clip to clear any clogs.
  5. Descale every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.

CAUTION! Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Descaling Procedure

Required when DESCALE light illuminates or every 3-6 months.

  1. Fill water reservoir with 16oz white vinegar and 16oz water.
  2. Place large mug (at least 20oz) on drip tray.
  3. Press and hold 8oz and 10oz buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter descale mode.
  4. Press BREW button - brewer will run vinegar solution through system.
  5. When reservoir is empty, discard liquid in mug.
  6. Rinse reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water.
  7. Repeat brewing process 3-4 times with fresh water to rinse system.
  8. Descale light will turn off when process is complete.

WARNING! Use only food-grade descaling solution or white vinegar.
