Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, stable surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials: Remove all tape and protective covers.
  2. Fill water reservoir: Remove reservoir, fill with fresh water, replace securely.
  3. Plug into AC power: Use included power cord and wall outlet.
  4. Prime the system: Run water through without K-Cup for initial setup.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Setup

Power on brewer; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Prime brewing system: Press POWER, place mug, press BREW without K-Cup.
  2. Set auto-off: Press and hold 8oz button for 3 seconds to enable/disable.
  3. Program preferred settings: Set default cup size and temperature.
  4. Test brew: Insert K-Cup and brew first cup to verify operation.

CAUTION! Use only approved K-Cup pods. Do not use ground coffee.

Brewing Process

Supports all K-Cup pod varieties including coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

  1. Power on: Press POWER button, wait for ready light.
  2. Insert pod: Lift handle, place K-Cup in holder, close handle firmly.
  3. Select size: Press desired cup size button (6oz, 8oz, 10oz).
  4. Start brew: Press BREW button, brewing begins immediately.
  5. Remove pod: Lift handle after brewing to eject used pod.
  6. Repeat: For multiple cups, wait 30 seconds between brews.

WARNING! Brewed liquid is hot. Keep hands clear during brewing cycle.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe exterior with damp cloth only.

  1. Daily: Wipe drip tray and exterior surfaces.
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash water reservoir.
  3. Monthly: Clean needle and brewing chamber.
  4. As needed: Descale when indicator lights.

CAUTION! Do not immerse brewer in water. Use only mild detergent.

Descaling Procedure

Required every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.

  1. Prepare solution: Mix Keurig descaling solution with water.
  2. Enter descale mode: Press and hold 6oz and 10oz buttons for 3 seconds.
  3. Run solution: Pour into reservoir, run brew cycles without pod.
  4. Rinse system: Refill with fresh water, run multiple brew cycles.
  5. Reset: Exit descale mode by pressing POWER.

Important: Use only Keurig descaling solution for best results.
